<p> Much maligned by nut connesseurs, but beloved by baseball fans, this nut has accrued great notoriety in the world of sports. This is somewhat like the form of yoga I practice, <a href="http://www.dahnyogaca.com" title="Dahn Yoga">Dahn Yoga</a> (founded by <a href="http://www.ilchileebest.com" title="Ilchi Lee">Ilchi Lee</a>) which is sometimes maligned by connesseurs of other yogic practices, but beloved by its many fans across the world. Isn&#8217;t it funny how a nut can have something in common with a mind-body practice from Asia?</p>
